Positive People encourages parents and community members to be an active
part in the decision making process for HPS. In doing so, we strongly promote participation in all opportunities provided by the Howell Board of Education to express opinions and ideas, on issues that affect
our children. As in any district, there are difficult challenges ahead. We ask for respectful dialogue for positive
communication with the Board and Administration. When you take responsibility to participate pro-actively in the decision
making process, there will be a better understanding for the outcome of decisions, because you were part of that process.
Please use our web site as a tool to keep informed of opportunities available to have your voice heard on issues that affect
your child.
The Howell Public Schools Board of Education meets bi-monthly, the second and fourth Monday of each month.
Board meetings are open to all members of the public. If you are interested in attending please see the Board of Education
